  • Establish network and increase share-of-wallet with existing Webasto OEM customers
  • Explore market and acquisition of new prospect customers and projects Monitor competition and market trends
  • Contractual management with existing and new customers
  • Continuous review and adjustment of project-specific volume. Give input for sales planning, budget and MTP

  • Experience and Network in Off Highway Industry with strong hunting skills
  • Good organizational skills, able to work independently and in a team Experience in negotiating and handling complex projects with major accounts preferred
  • Knowledge of thermo-management & electrification preferred
  • Good communication skills, intercultural competencies, sales skills and strategic thinking
