- Improving maintenance KPIs and contributing to team performance (e.g., equipment availability, downtime, spare parts inventory, mean-time between failures/MTBF)

Depending on your background, you will specialize in one of the following areas:
Electrical; Mechanical; Mechatronic
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed vocational training / apprenticeship in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical or mechatronics
- Initial experience in maintenance (ideally in automated manufacturing environments)
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team; willingness to work in a shift model (e.g., 4x8)
- English required; German and/or French are a plus
- Basic knowledge of: Automation principles; MS Office and ideally SAP PM / EBP; Quality standards (IATF / VDA / OEM awareness)
