• Coordination and management of warranty cases, including receipt, registration, traceability and technical assessment of returned parts, warranty claims and related customer information
• Execution and coordination of visual, functional and technical analyses, including documentation of findings, test results and technical input for root-cause analysis and 8D problem solving
• Performance and documentation of laboratory testing in accordance with approved test methods, customer specifications, internal procedures and applicable quality standards
• Management of warranty and laboratory data, deadlines, KPIs and reporting, including identification of recurring failure patterns, escalation of risks and follow-up of corrective actions
• Cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement with Quality, Production, Engineering, Logistics, Product Safety, suppliers and customers, including compliance with safety, quality and confidentiality requirements

This is what you bring to us:

• Technical degree or vocational qualification in materials, mechanical engineering, quality, automotive technology or a comparable technical field, ideally combined with relevant professional experience
• Practical experience in warranty, quality, laboratory testing or technical product investigation, preferably within the automotive industry or with safety-relevant products
• Technical knowledge of laboratory equipment, technical drawings, specifications and problem-solving methods, such as 5 Why, Ishikawa and 8D, as well as awareness of IATF 16949
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, combined with a detail-oriented, hands-on and solution-focused approach and a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and business-fluent English, with experience in quality databases or customer portals and knowledge of German and/or French considered an advantage
