Warranty Solutions Coordinator (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Reviewing and approving/rejecting warranty cases in Germany and optionally in other countries
  • Supporting the market in the rollout of new warranty tools and processes
  • Actively contributing to the optimization of warranty processes
  • Preparing data for internal tracking of issues
  • Communicating with customers on all warranty-related matter

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Completed technical vocational training (technician, master craftsman)
  • Professional experience in the field of warranty, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
  • Experience with documentation systems
  • Basic understanding of production processes and key performance indicator analysis
  • English language skills
