- Contact person for production in case of problems in manufacturing
- Fault analysis / troubleshooting and resolution as well as ensuring constant technical system availability
- Creation of maintenance plans and their complete documentation as well as independent maintenance and repair of manufacturing and production systems
- Assistance in the setup of new systems and modifications as well as continuous improvement of machines, tools, systems, and processes
- Programming of PLC controls (S7), robots (FANUK/ABB/Kuka), and PC-controlled test benches (Visual Basic, LabView)
This is what you bring to us:
- Successfully completed training as a control technician, energy systems electrician, mechatronics technician with additional qualifications or similar
- Several years of practical professional experience, preferably in maintenance within the automotive industry
- Willingness to work shifts (rotating shifts and weekend work)
- Experience in PLC, PC, and robot programming (ABB, FANUC, Kuka) as well as experience in E-plan processing
- Teamwork skills and high commitment as well as a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP-PM/EBP
- Knowledge in occupational safety as well as basic mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, machine elements)
