You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Identifying, quantifying, and monitoring transactional and translational FX and interest rate exposures across all business units and regions, ensuring transparent and reliable risk reporting
- Developing and executing hedging strategies in line with internal treasury policies, market conditions, and regulatory requirements (e.g. IFRS 9, IFRS 18, EMIR)
- Integrating FX impacts and settlement effects into group-wide cash flow planning to support proactive hedging, funding, and liquidity decisions
- Supporting and further drive the automation of settlement payments, valuation, and accounting processes related to derivative and FX transactions
- Monitoring and actively supporting the reduction of local and trapped cash positions, including foreign currency balances
- Managing relationships with banks and FX counterparties, including best-execution oversight, settlement instructions, and coordination of bank accounts and electronic banking setups (EBICS, H2H, SWIFT)
- Supporting daily treasury operations and governance topics, including foreign currency disposition, KYC coordination, and group-wide guarantee business, ensuring adherence to treasury processes and guidelines
This is what you bring to us:
- 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, ideally within a multinational or industrial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, a master’s degree or related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in FX markets, instruments, and hedging strategies
- Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (e. g., Coupa, SAP, 360T, …) and additional tools for market data (e. g. Thomason Reuters, S&P, Credit Reform, …) and advanced Excel modelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
