You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Coordinating and delivering Group Reporting, Forecasting and Planning, ensuring high‑quality, decision‑relevant financial transparency in a heterogeneous, dynamic and restructuring‑driven environment
  • Driving achievement of Group financial targets by monitoring and steering Regions and Business Units, constructively challenging performance and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
  • Acting as a senior finance partner to Regions and Business Units, promoting efficiency, supporting transformation initiatives and enabling a high‑performance culture from a financial perspective
  • Delivering performance reviews through data‑driven analyses, translating complex financial data into robust KPIs and clear management insights for effective performance steering and early risk identification
  • Stabilizing, streamlining and continuously improving core controlling processes, driving standardization and operational excellence across the Group
  • Collaborating closely with external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, advisors, banks), ensuring consistent financial narratives and professional interaction at executive level
  • Leading, developing and reinforcing the Corporate Controlling function, strengthening leadership capabilities, team engagement and trust in line with the overall leadership vision and strategy

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Completed vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Experience in team leadership and process coordination
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office; English skills advantageous
