Team Leader - Night Shift

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Lead, train, and develop your team to achieve production and quality objectives.
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and compliance with standards
  • Coordinate shift schedules and prepare line setups, including first-piece approvals, to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
  • Collaborate with Production Scheduling and other departments to meet production timelines and address priorities
  • Monitor and report all production documentation while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
  • Enforce company policies, maintain safety standards, and promote a clean, organized work environment
  • Resolve team concerns using strong communication and people skills to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a Technical field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as needed to support production goals
