Responsibilities
- Support suppliers to be onboarded in ARIBA including certificate questionnaire
- Internal clarification in case of process deviations (purchasing, legal, etc)
- Yearly review of certificates based on due dates and support to suppliers if needed
- Support suppliers with data changes in ARIBA
- Coordinate exceptions with respective supplier owners
Requirements
- Language skills: fluent in English
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of MS office tools
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Experience with SAP ARIBA
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset
- High level of accountability and accuracy
