You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Responsibility for approval, assessment and further development of series suppliers
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, supplier visits, action plans and technological and production system roadmaps.
- Responsibility for and implementation of the escalation process, resolving supplier performance issues and continuous performance improvement
- Responsibility for supporting suppliers in improving business and production processes and defining and tracking action plans
- Further development of systems and processes in the sense of "out of the box" around supplier development
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed technical studies or technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician and specialist further training (e.g. quality management)
- Experience in the productive environment "Operation" (purchasing, logistics, production), at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of quality
- Experience in the application of automotive-specific standards and quality methods in Tier 1 and Tier 2 environments
- VDA auditor or similar qualification with more than 3 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of English and a willingness to travel on business
