You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Assist in monitoring, consulting and implementing ESG regulations, continuously identifying regulatory changes and deriving early action recommendations
• Contribute to strategy, action, governance, disclosures, and risk/opportunity assessments with a focus on climate topics (e.g., CSRD E1 – Climate Change and Mitigation, CDP climate ratings)
• Support management of stakeholder requests (e.g. customers, partners, banks) and help improve standardization of methods, processes, tools, and information flows
• Assist in developing sustainability standard methods & tools, process, information and training, including
• AI-based sustainability service assistant and sustainability contract blueprints
• Support the integration of sustainability across Webasto’s business units and operational entities

This is what you bring to us:

• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, GHG Protocol, CSRD) as well as interest in emerging sustainability trends and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a structured working approach and the ability to manage tasks and small projects independently
• High learning agility and hands-on mentality, with genuine motivation and passion for sustainable development and climate-related topics
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Relevant university degree and confidence working with data and software; strong time-management and organizational skills
