1) Market Intelligence & Strategic Market Analysis
- Develop and continuously refine a global Market Intelligence framework to systematically assess market, customer, competitor, and technology developments within the automotive industry
- Conduct in-depth analyses of markets, competitors, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations to identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities for sales and senior management
2) Commercial Performance, Sales Excellence & Execution
- Perform detailed business analyses to ensure transparency on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and identify improvement potential across the commercial value chain
- Derive and implement data-driven measures to increase revenue, profitability, and market penetration
- Drive and support global commercial excellence and transformation initiatives, ensuring structured tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, including target setting, growth plans, and go-to-market approaches
- Promote a performance-driven, continuous improvement culture across the global sales organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Finance, R&D, Procurement) with an end-to-end perspective to steer business performance
3) Management Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Align closely with global stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives
- Prepare concise, high-quality management reports and decision materials for senior management and C-level executives
This is what you bring to us:
- Consulting experience (minimum 1 year) and/or experience in complex, high-performance business environments
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its market dynamics, combined with solid commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive impact in transformation or high-pressure environments
- Confident, proactive personality with strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in an international context
