- Own the regional cadence process, including content, preparation, follow-through, and the planning and execution of regional drumbeat/review meetings
- Track action items and ensure follow-through across regions
- Feed original ideas for sales initiatives, drawn from regional observations and patterns, into the team
- Pitch selected ideas to the team and the Director Sales Excellence for further development and placement in the Win Rooms
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of regional sales performance and prepare insights for the Director Sales Excellence and regional sales leaders
This is what you bring to us:
- Experience in project or program management, ideally in a sales environment, with knowledge of the organization and products considered a strong plus
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills combined with curiosity and self-initiative
- Appetite for turning field observations into original ideas and actionable improvements
- Strong management and people skills with a proactive, hands-on working style
- Fluent German and English
