- Managing and controlling of cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives
- Coordinating various stakeholders from business lines, regions, and central functions
- Developing, structuring, and implementing business and transformation initiatives
- Preparing decision-making bases for management and steering committees
- Analyzing market, customer, and business developments to derive strategic recommendations for action

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent understanding of business administration
- Experience in preparing management decisions
- 3-5 years of consulting experience in a strategy consultancy is desirable
- Confident communication across different hierarchical levels
- Ability to structure complex topics and bring them to implementation
