- Responsibility for the establishment and expansion of the dealer, service, and partner network in the sales territory
- Active support and development of existing aftermarket accounts (e.g., car dealerships, independent workshops, body manufacturers, wholesalers)
- Expert advice on all relevant product areas, particularly heating and air conditioning solutions
- Function as the first point of contact for commercial and technical inquiries as well as continuous analysis of market, customer, and competitive developments
- Planning and implementation of regional promotional activities, product training, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns, as well as close collaboration with internal departments such as technical support, product management, marketing, and customer service
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed studies (e.g., business administration, engineering) or commercial/technical training
- Sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, ideally in field sales, as well as an existing network in trade or workshop organizations is advantageous
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style, as well as a convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, and high resilience
- Digital competence, including confident use of CRM systems, experience with ERP solutions, and routine use of common Microsoft Office products; basic openness to the use of AI-supported tools
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are welcome
