You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Continuously improve SAP‑supported procurement processes end‑to‑end
- Support in the failure analysis with business as well as trouble shooting with IT
- Translate regional business needs into stable and compliant SAP requirements, ensuring a fit to global standards
- Coordinate changes, releases, testing, go lives and new system set-ups (including proper planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication)
- Maintain and develop the Key User community setup as first level support by training, enablement, and change management initiatives for Purchasing users
This is what you bring to us:
- Several years of experience in procurement / purchasing with strong process understanding
- High practical knowledge of SAP procurement processes, ideally SAP R/3 and MM or similar procurement modules
- High stakeholder management and communication skills, experience working with IT teams and/or SAP consultants on implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and structured problem solving approach
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA programs or transformation projects
