You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Serve as technical system lead for applying CV battery products to customer projects
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers
• Consult and train the customer on installation and operation of CV battery products
• Develop concepts and adaptations of CV battery products to win acquisition projects
• Provide technical trouble shooting during after sales support
• Manage field defects, including root cause analysis, first aid solution, long-term countermeasures, and rollout coordination
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence strategic development of the CV product portfolio

This is what you bring to us:

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering (or any combination)
• Extensive experience with HV battery engineering; CV industry experience is a plus
• Very strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven intercultural competence, ideally with international customer expeirence
• Solid economic knowledge and understanding of cost relations
• Willingness to travel to customers and/or suppliers
• Fluent in German and English
