Intern Motor Simulations (f/m/x)

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

These exciting tasks await you:

  • Focus on researching novel motor topologies, calculation iron and magnetic losses and further developing the tool chain for electromagnetic calculations of electric motors
  • Analysis and validation of designs using FEA calculations in 2D and 3D
  • Conduction trade-off-studies to determine the motor topology and working closely with internal development departments, customers and suppliers

 

What do you bring to the table?

  • Degree in mechatronics & precision engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Ability to successfully integrate with different types of people
  • Team player and open-minded toward new ideas
  • Ideallx experience with common simulation programs used in industry (Ansys, JMAG, Mathlab/Simulink)

Your remuneration:

  • We will pay you €1,000.00 gross/net per month as a mandatory intern (f/m/x)
  • You will receive a travel allowance of €0.15 per single kilometre
