IT Application Consultant (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Manage and enhance our SAP MM Purchasing module and SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying), including interfaces to other SAP modules and peripheral systems
  • Act as a global partner for the Purchasing Excellence Team, translating business requirements into technical solutions with cross-process impact
  • Solve complex issues as 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and compliance with processes and quality standards
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners for implementation of new requirements and incident management
  • Lead sub-projects or manage small to medium-sized projects for ERP procurement landscape development
  • Facilitate workshops with business units and key users to optimize our procurement system landscape
  • Support the transition of Webasto’s purchasing department to S/4HANA

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Degree in economics, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in SAP module support or consulting (including process analysis and optimization)
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM Purchasing; ideally complemented by SAP Ariba knowledge (or similar procure-to-pay suites)
  • Analytical mindset combined with hands-on implementation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • Experience in project management within IT environments
