Job Profile:


  • Processes the EDI orders sent by the customer, and makes sure that they are being correctly taken into SAP
  • Manages daily calls and other special JIT calls from customers, informs the client about any deviation that might appear to the agreed delivery plan so that the client always has the newest information on his orders and fulfillment status  
  • Plans the weekly / daily production according to the customer orders, taking into consideration the production capacity and the raw material availability 
  • Makes sure that the orders for raw materials are sent to the suppliers and that they have been correctly received by them
  • Monitors the stocks of raw materials and finished products, according to the standard Webasto requirements, so that the supply of raw materials in the production line is being made in optimal conditions, and the deliveries of finished products can be made at the right time
  • Manages continuous improvement projects in the area of Supply Chain Coordination in the plant in cooperation with other experts


Job Specification:


  • University degree or equivalent substantial job experience
  • Profound practical knowledge & experience with SAP Module MM, PP, and SD
  • Profound experience with management of new projects and run-outs
  • Excellent computer skills and IT applications and tools
  • Excellent experience with electronic processes and communication
