- Management of all sales activities in Germany and Switzerland for Special OE (SOE) and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) customers to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets in the region

Development and execution of sales and go-to-market strategies, identification of new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and leading commercial negotiations with key customers
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of the sales team in Germany and Switzerland by fostering a high-performance culture, talent development, and ensuring effective workforce planning
- Coaching and development of sales and account managers as well as promoting collaboration, engagement, and teamwork within the region
- Responsibility for sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking, and reporting, as well as close collaboration with the Sales Excellence teams on pricing and margin decisions
- External representation of the company, strengthening market presence and professional networks, monitoring market and competitive developments, and supporting the further development of the sales organization and effective resource utilization
This is what you bring to us:
- University degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, combined with several years of successful experience in sales management, ideally in the automotive aftermarket sector
- Proven track record in leading and developing sales organizations, with experience in the German and Swiss markets
- Strong business acumen with solid knowledge in margin management, commercial control, and profitable growth
- Strong sales and customer orientation, combined with an entrepreneurial drive for growth and business development
- Pragmatic leadership style, combined with strategic thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead change within the sales organization
- Fluent German and English
