You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Overall responsibility for Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, and Data Protection across the Webasto Group
• Disciplinary leadership and strategic development of an international team with a direct reporting line to the CFO
• Design, implementation, and governance of the Group-wide Internal Control System (ICS) and oversight of its effectiveness
• Management of internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities across all regions, functions, and legal entities
• Reporting of risk, ICS, audit, and compliance matters to the Management Board and Audit Committee and acting as the central interface to internal and external auditors
• Responsibility for Data Protection across the Webasto Group, including ensuring GDPR compliance, advising business functions, monitoring relevant processes, and liaising with supervisory authorities

This is what you bring to us:

• University degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field
• Extensive experience in GRC, internal/external audit, controlling, or finance within an international environment
• Proven disciplinary leadership experience of international and intercultural teams
• Strong knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and regulatory requirements related to governance, risk, and compliance
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and modern GRC / internal controls tools, with willingness to travel internationally
