You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of an international team and strategic development of the GRC, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, and Data Security function
• Design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group-wide Internal Control System (ICS), including definition of scope, maturity, and legal entity coverage
• Oversight of internal control effectiveness testing, identification of risks and weaknesses, and steering of remediation measures across all subsidiaries
• Development and execution of a comprehensive internal audit program across functions, regions, and business units
• Consolidation and reporting of ICS, audit, and risk status to the Management Board and Audit Committee; main contact for internal and external auditors
• Consulting and control role for data security and data protection, including GDPR compliance and support of digitalization and future-oriented initiatives

This is what you bring to us:

• University degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field
• Extensive experience in GRC, internal/external audit, controlling, or finance within an international environment
• Proven disciplinary leadership experience of international and intercultural teams
• Strong knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and regulatory requirements related to governance, risk, and compliance
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and modern GRC / internal controls tools, with willingness to travel internationally
