This is what you bring to us:

• Completed master's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in leading large-scale digitalization initiatives, particularly in the areas of data management, artificial intelligence (agent-based and generative systems), and automation
• Proven expertise in digital transformation, process optimization, and leading global SAP/ERP programs (end-to-end)
• Deep understanding of cross-functional business processes – ideally from the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Leadership personality with an inspiring style, who manages international teams with a clear focus on excellence and accountability
• Strong communication skills and business acumen with the ability to connect stakeholders from business and technology domains
