Director Corporate Controlling (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

  • Coordinate and deliver Group Reporting, Forecasting and Planning: Analyze, evaluate, and ensure transparency of financial performance in a dynamic, restructuring‑driven environment.
  • Drive the achievement of Group financial targets: Steer Regions and Business Units to implement corrective measures in case of deviations.
  • Run standardized performance reviews based on robust key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform data‑driven analyses.
  • Act as a senior finance partner to Regions and Business Units: Promote efficiency and organizational transformation from a financial perspective.
  • Collaborate closely with external stakeholders: Ensure consistent financial narratives and professional interaction at the executive level and with external partners (e.g., auditors, advisors).
  • Lead Corporate Controlling: Develop and reinforce the Corporate Controlling organization by strengthening leadership capabilities, trust, engagement, and a performance‑driven culture aligned with the company’s strategy.

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a comparable educational background
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling within the automotive industry, preferably in industrial controlling.
  • Solid experience in Corporate Controlling (reporting, forecasting, planning); experience in financial turnarounds, including transformation, restructuring, and collaboration with external stakeholders (auditors & advisory firms) is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance during ongoing transformation and restructuring phases.
  • Strong commitment to delivering results while building robust and sustainable controlling structures.
  • Team player with strong social competence (enthusiasm and persuasiveness) and conflict management skills.
  • International experience and intercultural competence are a plus.
