- Responsibility for all customs-, export control– and excise duty–related matters of the Webasto Group, in close cooperation with Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and IT
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and guidelines related to customs and export control
- Analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing existing customs processes, with a particular focus on preference calculation and special customs procedures
- Acting as the main point of contact for authorities, employees, customers, and suppliers on all customs and foreign trade–related matters
- Managing customs and foreign trade audits and inspections, including monitoring, coordinating, and conducting internal and external audits
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed degree in customs administration (senior civil service), business law, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in customs and export control, ideally within the customs function of an international industrial company
- Good knowledge of SAP GTS and/or other customs-relevant systems
- Independent, solution- and results-oriented working style, combined with strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Very good command of German and English
