This is what you bring to us
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs/HMIs, and troubleshooting
- Experience with lean manufacturing, quality tools, APQP, and project management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
