You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Leadership and supervision of SCM operators, warehouse personnel, and material handling activities to ensure efficient shift operations
- Coordination of material flow and logistics processes, including inbound, internal, and outbound operations, to support uninterrupted production
- Collaboration with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics functions to align daily priorities and operational requirements
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory accuracy, stock levels, delivery performance, and implementation of corrective actions for material shortages
- Management of inventory control standards, FIFO compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective shift handover reporting and communication
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Leadership experience supervising operational teams
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
