This is what you bring to us:
- Completed technical vocational training (technician, master craftsman)
- Professional experience in the technical field, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
- Experience in using documentation systems (e.g., CRM)
- Communication skills, confident handling of customers on the phone
- Interest in continuous improvement of customer communication and further training
- English language skills
