Senior Controller - Automotive Manufacturing

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Act as the financial business partner to plant leadership, supporting operational decision-making and driving financial performance within the Lexington manufacturing facility
  • Lead plant controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for manufacturing operations
  • Analyze manufacturing cost performance, including standard costing, production variances, and inventory valuation to identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial and operational KPIs, providing insights that support cost optimization and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure financial transparency and alignment on business objectives
  • Support CAPEX planning and investment analysis, ensuring alignment with plant strategy and company financial targets
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial processes within SAP and internal controlling systems, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within plant finance


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or cost accounting, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems and strong analytical capabilities using financial reporting tools
  • Ability to partner effectively with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, providing clear financial insights to support business decisions
