Preparation of transport documents for international shipping - Transport coordination:
Selection of suitable transport methods and routes
Coordination and monitoring of timely delivery
Assignment of drivers and planning of routes - Cost management:
Obtaining freight cost quotes
Reviewing freight invoices
Accurate billing of freight costs - Compliance with Webasto standards:
Adherence to guidelines regarding order and cleanliness in relation to occupational and environmental safety
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed training as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
- Practical professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry in the battery sector
- Systematic, precise, and independent working style with a strong sense of quality
- Commitment and flexibility as well as good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, as well as SAP R/3 knowledge - WM & MM modules are advantageous, customs knowledge, and truck route planning
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
