- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the production shift teams as well as management of personnel deployment in a 3-shift operation
- Ensuring target achievement in terms of production quantity, quality, and costs through implementation of the production program
- Analysis and resolution of quality and performance deviations as well as continuous process optimization using the QRQC method
- Ensuring compliance with standards in the areas of occupational safety, environment, order, and technical cleanliness, as well as conducting training sessions
- Management of shopfloor operations including reporting, recording, and evaluating production-relevant key figures, as well as close collaboration with adjacent departments
This is what you bring to us:
- Technician/master's degree or completed training in the field of metal, electrical, or mechanical engineering, ideally with additional qualification as an electrical specialist for HV battery systems
- Several years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the automotive industry, including leadership experience
- Strong initiative, result orientation, proactivity, as well as a systematic and independent working style
- High team and communication skills, customer orientation, and pronounced social competence
- Proficient use of MS Office, SAP, and MES systems, as well as good German and English language skills
