- Supervision of production facilities in manufacturing while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline objectives
- Support for manufacturing in process optimizations
- Optimal design of welding connections in collaboration with product development
- Document creation for production, planning, and project management
- Participation in the training of new employees
- Participation in daily shop floor management
- Collaboration in improvement workshops according to the Kaizen philosophy and support in the creation of risk assessments for machines and systems
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
- Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
- Team-oriented working approach
- Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
- Good IT knowledge
