- Design and optimization of welding connections in collaboration with product development
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for production, planning, and projects
- Support in onboarding new employees as well as participation in shopfloor management
- Participation in continuous improvement processes (Kaizen) and support in risk assessments
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
- Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
- Team-oriented working approach
- Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
- Good computer skills
