- Supervision and optimization of welding processes in production while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline objectives
- Planning, procurement, and supervision of automated and semi-automated welding systems in collaboration with ME and suppliers
- Ensuring and regularly reviewing welding quality as well as optimal design of weld joints with product development
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for production, planning, and projects
- Support in training, onboarding new employees, and participation in shopfloor management
- Participation in continuous improvement processes (Kaizen) as well as support in risk assessments
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
- Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
- Team-oriented working style
- Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
- Good computer skills
