You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Planning, design, procurement and support of automatic and manual screwdriving processes for battery production in compliance with costs, quality and deadlines in accordance with the product development process (PDP).
- Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in relation to screwdriving processes to increase efficiency, quality and costs.
- Planning, implementation and documentation of machine and process capability analyses for screwdriving processes as well as documentation of process parameters.
- Contact person for ME, R&D and project teams for the design of screw connections and screw joint analyses with a deep understanding of the process.
- Interdisciplinary teamwork and store floor management in a project core team with representatives from project management, development, quality, logistics, production and controlling to ensure that the project goals of new projects and the production figures of series projects are achieved.
This is what you bring to us:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the project business, preferably in the automotive sector for highly automated production lines with experience in the development and implementation of screwdriving processes.
- Very good communication skills as well as the ability to convey complicated issues in a simple way that is adapted to the listener
- Structured, organized and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and decisiveness, as well as good written and spoken German and English skills.
