• Planning, procurement, and support of automated leak testing systems for battery production, ensuring compliance with cost, quality and schedule requirements according to the Product Development Process (PEP)
• Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities related to leak testing processes and applications to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Development, validation, and optimization of various leak testing methods and processes for different assemblies and products for both future and existing battery systems
• Execution of machine and test equipment capability studies to evaluate testing systems and ensure that product and customer requirements are met
• Interdisciplinary teamwork and shopfloor management within a core project team consisting of representatives from project management, development, quality, logistics, production and controlling to ensure that the project goals of new projects or the production KPIs of series projects are achieved

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project-based work, preferably in the automotive sector for highly automated production lines, with experience in the development and implementation of testing processes and applications
• In-depth knowledge of various leak testing technologies and processes (e.g., overpressure, vacuum, helium testing)
• Experience in conducting machine and test equipment capability studies
• Knowledge of quality management and experience in complying with industry standards and regulations is an advantage
• Team player with assertiveness and decision-making ability, as well as good German and English skills, both written and spoken
