HV Analysis Engineer (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
  • Conducting fault analysis of battery packs and cell modules with the team and creating well-founded cause reports
  • Promoting continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and systems for high-voltage battery systems in terms of quality, cost, and ergonomics
  • Acting as a contact person for the quality departments of automotive manufacturers and internal departments at the plant for all quality-related topics
  • Solving qualitative product and process problems together with the battery team through the secure application of fault cause analysis methods and the definition of effective measures
 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering (e.g., electrical engineering, automotive engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in root cause analysis in the automotive industry desirable, ideally with a focus on high-voltage battery systems, e-mobility, or safety-critical products
  • Initial experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, for example as a project or sub-project manager, desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of common automotive standards and methods (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, VDA 2 PPF, PPAP, FMEA / Control Plan, MSA, SPC, process capabilities Cp/Cpk); confident handling of the 8D problem-solving process and effectiveness checks
  • Structured and organized working style, high self-motivation, and the ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • High level of assertiveness and decision-making ability as well as teamwork, independence, commitment, and flexibility
  • Good German and English skills and occasional willingness to travel nationally and internationally
