- Training employees in production and office areas to promote IT competence. Monitoring, control, and execution of routine tests for performance analysis of local IT systems
- Analysis of data to optimize internal processes and participation in the implementation of new software solutions
- Collaboration with various departments to identify improvement potentials and development as well as maintenance of global WEBASTO standards as a member of the production competence team
