Sales Manager

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • An internal candidate has been identified
  • Drive the acquisition of new global projects with Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Corporation, aligning with product and customer growth strategies
  • Lead commercial negotiations for small- to mid-size global volume projects, including pricing, tooling, and warranty cost agreements
  • Support customers throughout all phases of the Product Evolution Process (PEP), ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Prepare and execute multi-year pricing strategies and negotiations to meet profitability and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM stakeholders, especially within purchasing and cross-functional teams
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and market intelligence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop detailed cost breakdowns and ensure alignment with financial targets such as EBIT and cash flow


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in automotive sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid technical understanding with a high level of cost awareness and commercial acumen
  • Fluent in Korean language with the ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
