- Managing continuous improvement projects in supply chain coordination in collaboration with experts
- Overseeing daily and special JIT/JIS customer calls
- Coaching junior colleagues on process workflows
- Planning weekly and daily production for complex or new series using HEIJUNKA, considering customer orders, capacity, and raw material availability
- Monitoring and managing raw material and finished product stocks in SAP, ensuring accuracy
- Processing and verifying customer EDI orders and raw material receipts via EDI/WEB-EDI, and providing analysis of forecasts and stock level
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration, or Purchasing
- 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong practical knowledge and experience with SAP Modules MM, PP, and SD
- Extensive experience managing new projects and product phase-outs
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with IT applications and tools
- Business fluent in English; German and/or French language skills are advantageous
