Job: Responsibilities


Support the contract assessment of customer‘s and general automotive norms and requirements regarding quality requirements and feedback to the other departments
Support the improvement of global quality guidelines as well as performance of training in the plant
Perform internal audits in the plant according audit plans
Support 2nd/3rd party audits in the plant (group/head office, customers, certification body)
Track closing progress of audit deviations in the plant based on an action plan and (if necessary) escalation if scheduling delay
Improvement of Q-management systems in the plant regarding effectiveness and lean criteria
Key-User for quality applications S&C** (inc. WIMS & SAP)
Support the preparation of customer audits and tracking of customer notifications
Support the reporting of status management systems, certification status and audit deviations int/external audits
Monitor & report status of customer metrics / deliverables
Support implementation of and  application of mandatory standards
Collate and analyze data for local, regional and global Quality KPI reporting
Document control for plant Q-management system documentation
Insure Product Safety lessons learned are reflected in current product
Ability to stop production


Job Skills:


Technical degree in engineering or vocational education + further expertise (e.g. Technician) + additional training (Quality Management)
Min. 2 years experience in the area of Quality or Manufacturing
Ideally first experience in leadership (e.g. functional)
Auditor VDA 6.3 and TS16949:2009
Familiar with Q-methods (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 8D..)
Good knowledge of norms and customer requirements
Good English skills
Assertiveness, diplomacy, moderation skills

Good analytical thinking
Team spirit
Good communications skills
Good MS-Office and SAP-QM skills
Ability to train others
