Webasto is Searching for a Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest region of the United States. Candidates should reside in Minnesota, Illinois or Wisconsin.
Position Summary: This job is responsible for nurturing and growing revenue with designated existing customers and growth of new customers in the assigned sales region, the upper midwest. It is responsible for achieving commercial goals with the customer and for developing and maintaining sustainable customer relationships within the aftermarket field. Candidates should reside in Minnesota, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work related job experience. 5+ years prior experience in selling technical products within the North American Truck and/or Bus and/or Construction equipment Industry. Training and or experience that provides this knowledge, skill and ability is preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work from a home office and travel as required. This will require a driver’s license, the ability to fly commercially, and rent a car as needed.
