You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Perform daily business in technical and administrative aspects
- Support Production (Shift) Team Leaders to ensure appropriate skill level of production and SCM teams in all quality-related process aspects
- Segregation, physical assessment and documentation of suspect and not-OK parts / scrap, initiate immediate containment / corrective actions and internal complaint process (e.g. SAP -Q3)
- Organize and supervise internal sorting activities of components, sub-assemblies and / or finished goods
- Coordinate activities with the SCM function, 3rd party organizations, production or other involved parts
- Escalate potential and actual non-conformities and deviations in accordance with the defined escalation process
- Support root cause, warranty analyses and problem solving activities
- Perform dispatch and layered process audits in line with process
- Manage first off / last off test in line with company process (e.g. release of peel off test)

Here's what you can bring to the team:
- Degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or similar education.
- Basic knowledge of relevant Production processes and technologies
- Experience with application of QVP, Q-Methods and Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of Quality related company standards and relevant customer specific requirements
- Basic knowledge of product liability law
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and other software applications used in a production environment
- Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
