Reporting Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

  • Support budget, forecast, and Mid-term planning processes across the organization.
  • Prepare regular management reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) and business performance analysis for Senior leadership.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key financial and operational performance drivers for a dedicated area of the organization (Region and/or Business Unit).
  • Support special projects on demand: Carve-outs/ M&A, external reporting, building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support decision-making.
  • Elaborate and maintain KPI dashboards, and performance tracking tools, and support Finance transformation, process improvement, and reporting automation initiatives leveraging SAP, Power BI, and other digital tools to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across FP&A reporting processes.

 

This is what you bring to us: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Analytics, Business Analytics, or a comparable Finance function.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis with confidence in handling P&L, Balance sheet and Cashflow transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and interpretation of complex business data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, and financial reporting tools as well as strong digital acumen and experience in using AI tools
  • Experience developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, management reports, and data-driven insights for business stakeholders
  • High intercultural and social competence with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a global matrix organization and to communicate financial information clearly
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
