Production Team Lead

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities within your shift to ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved
  • Assign and balance workloads across production operators based on the production plan and staffing levels
  • Monitor production performance, addressing issues related to quality, quantity, and safety in real time
  • Troubleshoot production line issues and coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs and TPM activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes
  • Act as the key liaison between the production line and support functions such as maintenance, quality, and logistics
  • Train and develop team members while ensuring effective communication of daily targets, issues, and shift handovers


This is what you bring to us

  • Technical or vocational education (apprenticeship preferred) in a manufacturing-related field
  • 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Prior leadership or team coordination experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement tools
  • Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
