You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of production shift teams, including personnel deployment planning in a 3-shift operation
- Ensuring target achievement in terms of output, quality, and costs according to the production program
- Analysis of deviations and initiation of improvement measures (e.g., QRQC)
- Conducting training sessions and ensuring occupational safety, order, and (technical) cleanliness
- Recording, monitoring, and evaluating production-relevant key figures (e.g., quantities, rejects, cycle times)
- Management of shop floor operations as well as close collaboration with relevant interfaces and reporting to the production management
This is what you bring to us:
- Technician or master’s degree or completed training in metal, electrical, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in the automotive industry, including leadership experience
- Additional qualification as an electrical specialist for HV battery systems is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and production systems (e.g., SAP, MES)
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with high self-initiative
- Strong team and communication skills as well as good German and English language skills
