- Split Shift: Friday, Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Sunday, Monday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM. Overtime Required.
- Set up equipment, trays, and materials for scheduled runs, ensuring correct parameters and part quality.
- Monitor equipment and perform preventive maintenance (PM).
- Review production schedules and resolve potential conflicts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor manufacturing process performance and effectiveness.
- Ensure tool cleanliness and coordinate tool cleaning activities.
- Ensure compliance with IATF, customer requirements, and Webasto procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
This is what you bring to us:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Extensive knowledge in trouble shooting and processing
- Knowledge of high-pressure reaction injection molding equipment
- Basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with processing
parameters
