Process Excellence Expert R&D (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Owning and continuously improving global R&D business processes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional process consulting
  • Managing and governing the global R&D tools landscape, including PLM, CAD/CAE, CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE, and 4PeP
  • Leading and driving global transformation programs, ERP/PLM initiatives, process harmonization, and system rollouts
  • Establishing and standardizing end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management processes and enterprise-wide process integration
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance, audit readiness, quality standards, KPI performance, and continuous process improvement
  • Defining and enhancing master data governance, engineering data quality, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making
  • Enabling and supporting organizational change, stakeholder training, user adoption, and global collaboration across process communities

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering Operations, or Digital Engineering
  • Proven track record as a Process Owner, Program Manager, PLM Manager, or Transformation Lead, with experience in global process harmonization and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong expertise in PLM/PDM systems, CAD/CAE environments (preferably CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE), Engineering Change Management, and business process management
  • Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics, Project and Program Management, and Quality Management Systems
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead organizational change, collaborate effectively across cultures, solve complex problems, and facilitate conflict resolution
