- Active development of the finance system and tool landscape, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA environment, as well as support for international rollouts
- Development of appropriate key performance indicators and management instruments, as well as ensuring uniform, audit-proof process documentation and global standards
- Promotion of international exchange of best practices and development and implementation of modern training formats for finance and controlling key users
This is what you bring to us:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Finance Process Excellence, Finance Transformation, Process Management, or Finance Systems
- Very good understanding of finance and controlling processes as well as experience in analyzing and optimizing complex end-to-end processes
- Extensive experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as a strong affinity for digital tools, automation, and new technologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Proactive and persuasive communication, enjoyment in collaborating with international stakeholders, as well as very good English language skills
